Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are original manufacturer. We can do OEM/ODM business.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Group buying delivery time: 30-60 days; General delivery time: 20
days.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.
Q: How to buy your products?
A: You can buy the products from our company directly.Normally the
procedure is sign the contract, payment by T/T,Contact the shipping
company to delivery the goods to your country.
Q :What is the warranty ?
A: The free warranty is one year from the day of Commissioning
qualified.If there is any fault for our products within the free
warranty period, we will repair it and change the fault assembly
for free.
Q: Can we visit your factory?
A: Of course, we will prepare for everythings in advance if it is
necessary.Generally, It is requirement that customers must have
build agency relationship or business relationship with our
company.
Q: What kinds of certificates do your products have?
A: Some of our product do not have CE Certificate. we are applying it
now.
Packaging & Delivering
Packaging: 25 pieces/box, 20 boxes/carton.
Delivery time: 1.Generally 1-3 working days for trial order, 3-10 working days for
regular order, 10-30 working days for bulk order, according to the
exactly quantity.

Warranty
12 months warranty for all Reusable Direct connect SpO2 Sensor,
SpO2 Adapter Cable, Short SpO2 Sensor;
6 months warranty for ECG cable and lead wires,EKG cable and lead
wires,Holter cable and lead wires,IBP cable,Reusable Temperature
probe;
3 months warranty for NIBP Hose & Cuffs.
No warranty for disposable products.
Exchange or Return terms: Within a month for exchanges, within a week for returns after
products was deliveried,but the freight charge should collect from
the buyer.
