Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are original manufacturer. We can do OEM/ODM business.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Group buying delivery time: 30-60 days; General delivery time: 20
days.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.
Q: How to buy your products?
A: You can buy the products from our company directly.Normally the
procedure is sign the contract, payment by T/T,Contact the shipping
company to delivery the goods to your country.
Q :What is the warranty ?
A: The free warranty is one year from the day of Commissioning
qualified.If there is any fault for our products within the free
warranty period, we will repair it and change the fault assembly
for free.
Q: Can we visit your factory?
A: Of course, we will prepare for everythings in advance if it is
necessary.Generally, It is requirement that customers must have
build agency relationship or business relationship with our
company.
Q: What kinds of certificates do your products have?
A: Some of our product do not have CE Certificate. we are applying it
now.
Packing Details:
- One piece per PU bag with bubble bag protect, then put them in
the shipping carton.
- We can also meet customer's need to change the way to pack the
goods.
- The shipping marks is up to customer's requirements.
Delivery Time:
Sample order: 2 or 3 days after payment is comfirmed.
Wholesale order: 5 - 10 days after payment is comfirmed.(The final delivery time is up to the quantity you ordered . )
